Oh dear brothers: You should know for certain that when the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: you triumph and gain your sustenance only by your weak people, it means it is one of the major reasons of victory and richness. You can crush a weak person, neglect him, make him hungry, give him a little money and he will still accept that because of his poverty. If you feed him when he is hungry, dress him when he is naked, teach him when he is uneducated , help him to marry if he is single, shelter him when he is homeless, cure him when he is ill, he is weak and cannot speak a word.
By Allah, a doctor who I admire very much said to me: I swear by Allah, I am going to the public hospitals and noticing that all its patrons are poor people. By Allah, no one discusses you if you insult him. By Allah, I am taking care of them as if I am in the best and biggest hospital seeking Allah's closeness, and I feel as if I am in a paradise.
You can say to this poor patient: your illness is incurable, you can speak to him very crudely and you can neglect him entirely. On the other hand, when you are going to a special hospital which all its patients are from the first class, it is taking unimaginable care of you, it is caring about your status and reputation.
When you are going to that public hospitals and taking care of the patient because he is a slave of Allah then Allah will grant you His mercy.
